So... you're getting married. yes, I shoot weddings.....no, you won't have to take your clothes off.

Choosing a photographer for your wedding can be a difficult task. The person you allow to capture the memories of this day has an awesome responsibilty and is being trusted with something so special it can never be replaced. I have always believed that the images come first no matter what. You want the best photographs possible from this special day, you want all of the documentation and all of the group shots, and you also want the special artistic shots that capture what the moments were really like. You want all of these things without a sales pitch, without having to choose between a dozen packages, without having to watch the clock all day to make sure you get everything done before the photographers sand runs out, and you want it all in your hands as soon as possible.

When I shoot a wedding, it's a truly fun day. I arrive before you need me to be there and I stay until you tell me to go home. There is no time clock, there are no restrictions. I shoot everything, from the most formal and ceremonial to the most candid and silly. if it happens on your special day I will be there to photograph it without deciding first if it's included in your deal, or spending hours setting up boring posed moments that no one ever wants to look at again. I treat a wedding like the event it truly is. A wedding should be captured and preserved by a photographer, not staged and orchastrated by a task-master.

It's your wedding, it has to be about you and what you want first. Your wedding should never be about what a photographer says you want, or should have.

While we would all like a day like this to not be so focused on price and expense, weddings are expensive. I suppose that there are important reasons for this, but I also know that there is very little that you get to keep for all of the money you spend for this once in a lifetime event. Pictures are the symbol of your investment and they are what you have left after all of the food has been eaten, all of the flowers have wilted and all of the guests have driven back home. Your wedding photographs are the physical representation of your day.

This being said, I also know that so many photographers take advantage of wedding clients. They make sure that they pay for every last one of their keepsakes. I am not the least expensive wedding photographer you can find, but I am far below many others when it comes to price. This is done for the simple reason that I believe that it can all be done a lot more simply than the standard.

I shoot everything digital, which allows me freedom from the expense and limitation of film, it also allows me to give you everything immediately. In most cases my wedding clients recieve a CD of all

of their weddintg images by the end of their wedding reception....yes...by the end of the wedding day itself you will have all of your wedding photos. From there I allow the you to do anything you want with the photographs. They are your memories, if you would like to take just the CD and make your own prints, never again having to deal with me for anything...great. If you would like me to do some of the prints later, paying for them on a print by print basis, well thats fine too. Either way, you have everything, with no wait, no hassle, no bargaining ever.

Of course I realize that in many cases it comes down to the price, I try my best to keep that as direct as possible. I will shoot your wedding, from the morning preperations to the last dance at the reception, for $1500. If I have to travel outside of Pennsylvania, my cost increases only the price of my travel expenses, nothing more. I will travel anywhere in the world to shoot your wedding for only $1500 and the cost of my travel expenses.

No complex packages, no over-priced photo albums, no $.37 a mile calculations, no time clock. Just the best photographs I can possibly create of the most important day of your life.

I know this all sounds a little radical compared to most, but remember who you are considering here. I am not your average photographer, so it stands to reason that I will not be your average wedding photographer.
